Great but with has problems

This is a great app and really well done. I actually love it but it has 2 things so far that need to be improved:
Maybe though its made for iPads rather then iPhones?!

1) When having to select small islands, you need to zoom in... And by doing that the app crashed and you loose everything.

2) the color of the selection should be different (not light green) because its barely visible and you dont understand immediately if its selected or not.

Selection issue also when trying to click on the check box and instead you end up on another country/continent.
